What made this a mission

We saw our communities paying a premium for water sold in clear plastic bottles that shed microplastics and degrade in heat and sunlight. Combined with local retail friction like overcrowded grocery lines during emergency weather conditions, we recognized an urgent need for a reliable, decentralized hydration supply chain. Why is A9 naturally alkaline, and why do you call it pH 9.6?

A9's alkalinity comes naturally from its Brazilian aquifer. Nothing is added to manufacture or raise the pH. Source testing reads 9.56, which rounds to pH 9.6 when presented to one decimal place. That is why A9 is described as the highest-pH naturally alkaline water in a carton. The carton qualifier is essential: the claim is about naturally alkaline water sold in cartons, not every water in every package.

What are my buying options, and how does national shipping work?

Most national orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, though timing depends on where you live and remote areas can take longer. How do Community Captains earn from group orders?

Community Captains earn 10% of the entire order total for each group sale they organize. On a $25 order, the captain earns $2.50. On a $250 order, the captain earns $25. The percentage applies to the full organized order total, whatever that total is, while group order pricing itself is confirmed at checkout. The 10% commission is the program's current earning opportunity; paid creator gigs are not promised before sales create the budget to fund them responsibly.

How does the Tetra Prisma carton protect the water?

A9 is packed in a paper-based Tetra Prisma aseptic carton with a sugar-cane-based cap rather than a plastic bottle. The carton's protective layers help block light and outside air, two things that can affect a beverage during transport and storage. That barrier helps preserve the water's taste from its Brazilian source until the carton is opened.

Does “no plastic bottles” mean the package is completely plastic-free?

No. “No plastic bottles” describes the choice of a paper-based beverage carton instead of a conventional plastic bottle; it does not mean every layer or component is plastic-free. How can I support community water access, and are donations refundable?

You can donate through the official Donorbox campaign. Donations are final. If you were charged twice or charged in error, email the receipt to info@stitchverse.net within 30 days. The team will review the duplicate or erroneous charge rather than treating every donation as automatically refundable.
