By using this website, placing an order or making a donation, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a transaction.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

We offer A9 natural alkaline artesian water, primarily in cases. Product sizes, quantities and prices available to you are shown in the applicable checkout flow. Group order pricing is confirmed at checkout.

Prices may change before an order is placed. The price shown when you submit payment is the price that applies to that order, along with any taxes or other charges disclosed at checkout.

Provide complete and accurate contact, delivery, pickup and payment information. By placing an order, you authorize the amount shown at checkout to be charged using your selected payment method.

An order is not final until payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the delivery information is incomplete or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Most orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, though timing depends on where you live and remote areas can take longer. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee.

The National Case includes free shipping to all 50 states. Local and regional delivery options, available areas and route details are shown on the Delivery page and at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete, accessible delivery address and for following any delivery instructions.

Brooklyn pickup is available in Downtown Brooklyn, ZIP code 11201. Exact pickup instructions are provided after checkout.

Please use the instructions tied to your order and collect only the order placed under your name or checkout email. Availability, access procedures and pickup timing may be updated when operational needs require it.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@stitchverse.net. Include the email used at checkout, your order details and clear photos of any damage.

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Keep the product and packaging until the review is complete.

Donations are processed through Destined 2 Dance, Inc., an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit and fiscal sponsor of The People's pH.

Donations are final and non-refundable. If you were charged twice or charged in error, email info@stitchverse.net within 30 days and include your donation receipt. The duplicate or erroneous charge will be reviewed for a refund.

Community Captains earn 10 percent of the entire order total for every group order they organize. For example, a captain earns $2.50 on a $25 case. Eligibility, order attribution, timing and any program procedures may be confirmed directly with the team.

Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise or authority to make promises on behalf of The People's pH. Captains must describe the product and program accurately and follow applicable laws.

The website's text, design, logos, product presentation, photography, audio and other content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view and use the website for personal, lawful purposes.

You may not copy, modify, sell, republish or use website content, brand names or marks for commercial purposes without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with another person's use, misrepresent an identity or affiliation, submit false order information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or abuse checkout, donation or communication tools.

We may restrict access, cancel affected transactions or take other reasonable steps when misuse threatens customers, partners, the website or the brand.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The People's pH and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delayed delivery, unavailable products or third-party services.

For a claim connected to an order, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as products, delivery methods, programs or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not retroactively change a completed transaction unless the law allows it.
